Tabouleh - parsley salad
- Parsley leaves - 100g
- Bulghur /specially prepared ground wheat/ - 50g
- Tomato - ½
- Salad cucumber - ¼
- Onion - ¼
- Lemon juice - 0.02l
- Olive oil - 0.01l
- Salt
We pour cold water over Bulghur and leave it to stand for 10 minutes and then we strain it. We cut vegetables and parsley leaves into small pieces, add Bulghur, season it with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
