  • Namura
  • Semolina flour - 500g
  • Granulated sugar - 400g
  • White yoghurt - 65g
  • Grated coconut - 200g
  • Hera - 200g
  • Milk - 1/4l
  • Baking powder - 1ks
  • Oil
  • Syrup
  • Water - 1l
  • Granulated sugar - 1.5kg
  • Lemon juice - 0.1l

We combine flour, yoghurt, coconut, hera, milk and baking powder to make dough. We spread the dough on a greased baking tray. We make sure that the dough is spread equally on the whole baking tray. We bake at the temperature of 130C until golden brown. When the baking is finished, we pour syrup, which we prepare by boiling the water, sugar and lemon juice, on Namura. Finally, we sprinkle Namura with grated coconut and we cut it up.
